We’ve contacted around 6 different loan officers and this was by far the worst one. Miki Mobrand was nice and seemed knowledgeable but definitely not consistent and really slow going. Then we were handed off to her coworker, Amanda Mock, who was spoke of very highly by Miki. They approved us for the lowest out of all companies ($200-225k) and wanted a co-signer. I have called the 5 closest loan depot offices the last 3 days and have gotten a busy signal. I went to the marysville office and they were closed during business hours. There was a door unlocked though and I got into the building, no one was there and an alarm went off. So I had to call the cops with my son scared cause I didn't want to get in trouble.
