We have our mortgage loan through this company. My husband had made sure funds were available on the 1st of July, to pay our payment which was due on the 6th. They had taken the money out on that day and it didn’t clear instead of going back and trying to recollect it, they did not. They not only did that but did not call us to inform us if there was an issue instead we called 3x to see if we were in good standing and once getting hold of a live person they said we were fine and there was no issue.
