One person made this process extremely unpleasant. Her name: Wendy Etienne. She had multiple break downs when she spoke to my 73 year old mother. One instance in particular was when my mother told me that Wendy yelled at her and then Wendy apologized for yelling. I was preapproved for a mortgage in January I was asked if I had a realtor I said no. And I guess that’s where I went wrong I was matched with Mellon home Real estate It’s now April And I haven’t been out not once to even look at a property . I have worked hard on my credit for loanDepot to just run my credit I had a credit decrease for them to take it as a joke , if I don’t use their realtor ( Bullying behavior) I can’t get the loan And as a first time homebuyer This has been my experience At loanDepot .
