Kinta has been very patient with me... while I am doing "due diligence" for the past 6 months. Returns calls promptly and always has the right answer.
We are renting and house flooded we are in hotel currently. He was very helpful once he know it was a high priority situation. He has helped us so much. Not just with the loan. But with stress and he made it super easy for us.
Kinta, went above and beyond to be able to help us out. We had originally talked to a different lender but we felt resistance with all conditions they were trying to give us. Kinta, on the other hand, was able to make the process less stressful and was very clear every time she communicated with us. She made sure we understood everything and always made herself available to answer our questions.
