My advice to anyone looking for a mortgage lender, is to look elsewhere. They are extremely unprofessional and not very knowledgeable. It seemed as if they really didn't want my business, from answering the phone with just a "hello" and nothing more or answering the phone and turning on the speaker phone as they were drying off from a shower.
