2 months to close on a refi with clean credit. All they do is apologize for their screw ups, and there will be a lot. They also have botched funding and have left me no choice to pay and then be refunded. Essentially they are borrowing money from clients, interest free, because they don’t have the money and/or can’t get through the documents fast enough. I’d say only about 65% of what they tell you will end up to be true. Never again.
Extremely poor customer service!! The most unprofessional loan officer I've ever spoken to.
Stay as far away from them as you can lies after lies, very terrible customer service representative, they even at one point lost 1 payment and refused to except the second one, and then called me up and threatened me about not paying my mortgage payment.. I should have ran when the first mortgage rep made promises and then some one else had to take over after we had already paid for evaluation on the house and would have been out the money we spent...
