Horrible experience. I was provided an initial estimate and my loan was locked based on my profile. Few days later, I was asked to sign a revised estimate with an increased underwriting fee of $ 2500+ dollars. Upon inquiry, I was told rudely to either take this increased offer or take an alternate option with a different lender. I spoke to Loan Depot direct manager and he stated that the loan officer made a mistake and he should not have offered the loan estimate without management approval. Ms. Beatrice was a joy to work with she’s amazing A true miracle worker Unfortunately I was suggested to use a different mortgage company which turned out to be a complete nightmare I was devastated in a few short days she was able to turn it completely around.
Horrible experience. My husband and I bought our first home March 2021. We got connected with Rita. At first while we were completing our paper work things were going great. Response time was within hours of sending her and her team emails or calls. Once our loan got approved she disappeared it would take days for her to reply back to calls to emails.
