This company will not stop calling you numerous times a day. I've blocked every number they've called from which after today's call has been from about 8 different states based on area codes ranging from CA, FL, WA, and HI. The company has no care about the harassing number of calls in any given day.
If you call them, you just opened up a can of worms. They will call you till the sun doesn’t come up again. Beware
Horrible experience. I was provided an initial estimate and my loan was locked based on my profile. Few days later, I was asked to sign a revised estimate with an increased underwriting fee of $ 2500+ dollars. Upon inquiry, I was told rudely to either take this increased offer or take an alternate option with a different lender. I spoke to Loan Depot direct manager and he stated that the loan officer made a mistake and he should not have offered the loan estimate without management approval.
