I've worked with Julie on multiple properties. She decided to mediate on a refinance and dissolution of partnership. She was unable to be unbiased. Cost me tens of thousand of dollars, gave financial advice that resulted in a failed assumption and took the refinance business for herself, causing financial harm to me. My experience with Julie Stacy was marked by a series of delays and a lack of urgency that tested my patience at every turn. From the outset, the communication was sporadic and often required multiple follow-ups to receive even basic updates. Tyler is great to work with. Looked out for my interest without having to tell him I was shopping around a good interest rate. He was straight forward and told me worst case scenarios and best case scenarios. So I know what to expect. He did not give me any false promises and made everything clear about my home purchase. He is knowledgeable with home loans and gave information other lenders forgot to tell a home buyer. My experience has been great.
