Scott Snapp is very knowledgeable in his field and he is great at what he does! He does not sugarcoat things or make false promises and we appreciate that. The process from start to finish is pretty smooth for the most part. The loan depot team is just that, A Team! Each one has a specific task and they get it done and they all support one another so that everyone is on the same page. We don’t feel like just another number, we feel like we are treated professionally yet very kindly throughout this whole process.
