This is the worst mortgage company I have ever had to deal with. 1st...I own a condo with condo insurance. My insurance company has faxed over my policy several times. I keep getting letters in the mail stating they are going to purchase insurance for me. I have faxed it over and sent it through their website portal. Michael Wesley is a shameful example of a loan officer, and I wouldn’t trust him with a dime. During my preapproval process, his arrogance and condescending attitude were unbearable. When I’d had enough of his unprofessional nonsense and ended the call, he retaliated in a way that crossed serious ethical lines, violating NMLS regulations. His actions were so egregious that I reported him to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System, and I’d urge anyone else to do the same if they encounter similar behavior.
