Prem Janveja has been amazing. He is attentive, understand, hard working and does what is needed to get your deal done. He doesn’t try and sell you what you don’t need but listens to what you’re trying to do and gives options on what the best plan is. Used him in 2023 to refinance, then again currently for a rate reduction. Highly recommend.
