We felt that our loan officer, Taylor, did an exceptional job educating us on our options in a way that we could understand. She was never impatient with our questions. The communication and timely responses from everyone on their team helped reduce our stress significantly. We are so grateful that we chose loanDepot!

Excellent customer service. The best in the business
We used loan depot specifically because of Cindi- the owner- would never use them again. The rates are the same everywhere they can’t beat anyone’s. also they are terrible people they are nasty, disgusting and vindictive. Stay far away. Would never recommend using anyone from loan depot especially this location.
