Getting the loan is pretty much hassle free. It’s after getting the loan all the problems start. For one there App is terrible. When calling customer service you are always on hold for an extended amount of time and are expected to wait 24 to 48 hrs for a call back. When the app makes mistakes they will not fix them. Many of the customer service reps had an attitude for no apparent reason. They say they are the top in customer service. Thats crap! My loan officer Danielle was great! Fast, great follow up and keeping me informed of the processes. I am in the last steps to closing on my new home....all within about 2-3 weeks! I highly recommend Danielle and loanDepot to anyone buying a home!
I would absolutely call a local office. I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle. She was such a pleasure to work with! She was very honest with me, yet considerate of the circumstances. She was transparent and ALWAYS available. I closed on my moving date with no problems and lots of pictures. I'm a first time home buyer. I won't speak for the entire company, but Danielle was amazing!!
I have bought a couple houses in my life and so far this has been the best experience with a mortgage company. Mark and Kimberly are amazing and definitely on top of their game. They are working exceptionally well with my realtor and making sure that everyone is on the same page for my closing. I will be recommending Mark and Kimberly to everyone I know that will be buying a house.
