I have the most amazing Loan Officer, Ms. Brandi Lilly & her Assistant, Liliana Gonzalez was super helpful. Brandi was extremely professional, knowledgeable and corresponded with me daily, to assist me in moving through the process smoothly. I will definitely use this company again!

I had the worse experience trying to get basic information regarding my home loan. I started calling this morning @ aprox 0945 and its now 1204 and I am still on hold and being transferred around to different associates . Each person I've spoken to has transferred and spent 30 plus minutes on hold with each transfer. This has been extremely frustrating. I don't feel like my time and situation is being valued at all. Matt, Penny, and Cindy me feel safe and assured. They went above and beyond to make sure we reached the closing table and I’ll forever appreciate this seamless process and recommend to anyone who needs this assistance.
These guys are terrible. Debi Starks and Matt need to find another job. After 3 closing extensions they still couldn’t get the deal closed. They lured me in with a credits twice and twice they wasted my time. What’s the point of getting a pre approval if I’m not approved. Ridiculous. Please stay away. I definitely would wish this stress on my worst enemy cause it’s stressful.
