Not good or ethical. I thought this company was legit. After what they did, I don't feel they were dealing ethically. They said they could do a loan for rental property for someone with almost 800 credit score. They pressured to get everything in by Oct 1st including appraisal. First business day in Oct 1st, the loan was denied. How do you tell someone to get certain paperwork in for an approval, and then deny them after working with them for only 10 business days. I’m working with an office out of California. Very nice associate, but they made me pay $500, then declined my loan. They claimed that a significant part of my income could not me verified in spite of the fact that it appears on my tax documents and I provided the 1099. I mean, I worked hard for that money, then paid TAXES on it and you still think it’s not legit. Seriously, who pays taxes on money they really didn’t make. It’s obviously a scam.
