Was approved for loan in August 2021 for refinance (told other lenders we were proceeding with Loan Depot). Only outstanding item was an "judgement" for a person with the same name as my husband. Told them several times it was not him. After months of waiting we received an email and letter, out of the blue, that they were discontinuing issuing us the refinance loan based upon the above.
