Bryan Pilosi was great to work with through the process. He went above and beyond to ensure that I closed early. Can't recommend LoanDepot highly enough
The experience was disappointing. Process, communication, and initial stages went well. However, prior to closing, I communicated final numbers were wrong. Team did not agree and we showed up to closing with wrong numbers, which delayed the closing and caused issues. Weeks later, still dealing with problems. Lead agent communicated well at the beginning, but stopped communication after initial sign-up. Not pleased and very disappointed in Bryan and his team.
Bryan is the reason I went with Loan Depot. I felt like he cared about my purchase. Your rate was a drop higher but his attention to my loan purchasing needs went above and beyond my expectations. .
