Was with my room mate while he called the company, had his property tax lowered and the company ignore it and told him the mortgage was going up and couldn't say why. This went to there "retention department" to only find rude ignorant service who could careless about the client. I was shocked to see this is how the company operates. I wish i recorded the call you would never work with this company after hear how they act once they trap you.
