We had a water insurance claim last April and received two insurance checks. The first check was under a certain amount so we mailed it in and received it back. This money was just to get us started according to our Adjuster. We then received a second check and Loancare told us we needed to fill out a hold harmless agreement and get an inspection, (most of the work is completed now and we have been coming out of pocket to pay). Received notification on April 4, 2022 that during a data breach in "early December 2021", that my information was impacted. Was told I was eligible for a complimentary 1 year service. When I attempted to sign up for this service, was unwilling to give me full SSN to a company that I have never heard of. This place is a bunch of thieves. On 2/3/22 they sold my mortgage to another company and informed me after it was already done and I made my February payment. When I called the new company they said that LoanCare only forwarded ***** of the ***** I paid for January and they never received my ***** February payment. Call number 3 for a payoff and yet to receive it. My title company also put in a request 2 weeks prior with my signature and date. They never received anything either. I just keep getting the run around they'll send it out within 24 hours. What a horrible company to deal with. I payoff should not be hard to provide. I work for a Real Estate company and numerous people all say Loan Care is the absolute worst to deal with. Sucks that companies like this are allowed to buy up mortgages from other companies.

Just got a letter from ******** saying that someone hacked their server & stole my SS # and name & address. They say this incident occurred in early December 2021 & I'm only hearing about it NOW!! I am so HAPPY. I am going to give everyone a bit of advice, CERTIFY every mailing that you do. I sent mine to headcourters in Virginia Beach. I paid the the last 7 months by ******* ***** money transfer. Even then it took them a week to credit my account. Our loan got sold from **** Bank to another Bank so I no longer have to deal with LoanCare. I had some bad experiences and alot of double talk and talking to people who had no idea what was going on. Very true you can never speak with a manager they never have their notes correctly over draft my account and then said i made the mistake from my phone. never have your information one has to repeat all the time . the sent me to send the over draft fee and never paid me for it. so need to change mortgage company.

This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. The only explanation for the hundreds of wasted hours on the phone trying to resolve issues that they have created is that they look to see home owners with significant equity in their homes and manipulate them into situations where they are claiming payments have not been made to push you into foreclosure so they can take your house. I don't even know where to begin! To make a long story short, they erroneously reported me to the credit bureaus as being 150+ days past due! It took nearly a month and countless phone calls to FINALLY get it cleared up....we submitted our dispute in writing on 23 Feb 22 and although we were told it would take 3-5 business days to be addressed, it wasn't cleared up until 15 Mar 22!
