I had a very bad experience with them from the beginning of the process Alex told me that he is going help find a buyer credit of 13,000 dollars, it didn't happen and also Charles the realtor was lied to me about fixed things in the house, seller credit and the HOA monthly payments. I felt this was so unfair as I relied on them to help me in the right directions but unfortunately it did not go well.
