I can only say great things about loan lending. I was turned down by other loan agencies. my loan lab lending officer Yahaira Tejeda was able to get me approved and help me through the process. I had issues trying to get some of the paperwork done and she was able to deal with the PDFs and put them into a workable format. I also had a translation issue with a Hispanic remodeling crew and she helped me with that also. They get my full recommendation.

We absolutely loved working with Sara and the Loan Lab Lending team! We went into the home buying process being a bit intimidated, but Sara guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend working with them when looking for a mortgage - they’re knowledgeable, kind and honest. :)

Taylor Gardner and his team made our home buying experience a great one! They were nice, accommodating, and very professional. They helped us stay on track and on top of everything we needed to do to ensure a smooth closing process. If you are in the market for a home and in need of a loan I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Taylor Gardner and his team!
