Dear all, I just got done with my loan refinance from Loan Factory. 2.625% for 15 year. Just want to share great pleasure experiences to have help from Loan Factory's team as Hanh Dao, Vy Ngo, special Huy Pham. They are very professional, friendly and helpful, they explained and worked thru the loan process in details and it would show exactly in paper documentation.
