These people call themselves Loan Express, but I have never taken out a loan that took less than an hour to process. The amount of paperwork involved is ridiculous. But these independent loan places are pretty much a necessity for people who have no credit. It is by taking out loans with these organizations, and paying them off, that one can build their credit rating.
