Very prompt and reliable. When you make a mistake, they take care of it same day. Highly recommended.
First- this is just a 3rd party app that calls various vendors out to perform your trash outs. They give NO indication that LoadUp is not the company coming out. Instead, they call a 3rd party vendor out. So when some other company showed up to trash out the property, I was completely confused about who the guy was. Only one guy showed up to trash out a 1K sqft hoarder home. He proceeded to give me his card & tell me I can contact him directly next time & that he would perform additional services at a lower rate than LoadUp.... read more
