Leonard was running behind because of an earlier stop that had taken more time than expected, but when I reached out after my arrival window had passed, he responded promptly and gave me an estimate of when he’d arrive. His estimate was spot on. He was very professional and made quick work of the job to be done (haul away an old mattress and unpack a new one). I would absolutely use this service again, and I would absolutely hire Leonard again.
Service was Superior. The Loader’s came on time and they had a cheerful attitude. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed something moved.
