Reached out to get a bid for four items to be removed. First of all, they text and call an absurd amount - like multiple times a day for junk removal. 95% of their communication is via AI, so the answers to questions are inconsistent and they have no actual ability to maintain a conversation. They texted a bid for $139 for a hot tub lid, a wooden chair, and two car seats. I paid for it and tried to schedule. Guadencio and the team at Loadup were prompt, professional, and super easy to work with at a great price for couch removal - and they made sure it went to a donation station rather than the dump! Definitely will work with them again.

Customer service was friendly and accommodating but ultimately the crew showed up 7 1/2 hours late. I was given a window from 8 am - 12 N and they arrived at 7:30 pm. This is a service you pay in advance for so it’s a mind game of do I wait it out or go through the hassle of a refund. I knew I was in trouble when at 9:45 am, they asked me to send them pictures of what I needed to have taken away. They are the worst! Do not hire them. They do not respect your time, and make last min changes and ruin your day. We made an appointment with them and they did not show up and canceled the order without informing us. They are the worst one.
