They are the worst! Do not hire them. They do not respect your time, and make last min changes and ruin your day. We made an appointment with them and they did not show up and canceled the order without informing us. They are the worst one.
Definitely cheaper than any other company in the area! I got a large 3-piece sectional removed for $170 in under 24 hours. The loaders the day of could have had better communication which is the only reason I knocked a star off. I had a window of 4p-8p, they showed up at 8:30p. But overall, a good experience & I would definitely use them again.
Showed up late and left their trash on the floor
Sent one guy to remove a king size mattress that he could not safely move by himself. I had to help him remove the mattress from my house. LoadUp was informed the mattress was a king.
Scammy company, not sure if it’s real or some kind of information collection scheme. I tried to get an “instant” quote on their website for a queen mattress removal, filled out the online form with name, email and phone number and zip code. Received a sms message from “Marlon” asking for more personal identifying information and they refused to give me any kind of information on how much it would cost.
