I had an adjustable bed frame that needed to go back to the manufacturer. It weighed well over 200 lbs and queen bed size. The loader (Gustavo) could not have been nicer. He showed up right on time, removed the bad frame, installed the new frame, checked all operations, picked up all trash and he was on his way. Very impressed.
