Showed up late and left their trash on the floor
Sent one guy to remove a king size mattress that he could not safely move by himself. I had to help him remove the mattress from my house. LoadUp was informed the mattress was a king.
Scammy company, not sure if it’s real or some kind of information collection scheme. I tried to get an “instant” quote on their website for a queen mattress removal, filled out the online form with name, email and phone number and zip code. Received a sms message from “Marlon” asking for more personal identifying information and they refused to give me any kind of information on how much it would cost. Load Up was great; the driver called to see if he could come earlier, so I accepted. They both were very polite and strong enough to remove my armoire & headboard very carefully.
