Came across LoadUp randomly while searching for someone to remove 2 couches. It was super easy to see pricing, secure a pick up date and pay for the service. Morning of pick up I got a text message letting me know my driver was assigned and an approximate arrival time. An hour or so prior to arrival the driver texted again to confirm they were still on time.
