Appointment window was 12-4p, they sent and update confirming they'd be at the house to perform the service between 3-4p. They called at 3:30 to say they were running 2 hrs behind. They showed up at 6 and one of the crew was coughing a bunch and looked sick, so I'm glad it was just a quick job. They took the full sized mattress away and it barely fit in their pickup truck, had the mattress been any bigger I dont know what they would have done.
