Workers were on time and loaded quickly. They asked about valuable items, to make sure they weren’t thrown out.
They were very professional and communicative when we were setting up movers to help us remove some office furniture. They were quick and respectful and we will definitely consider them in the future.
Very pleased with this clean out service. Biggest plus was having our goods donated! LoadUp was great communicating and their employees were professional and friendly. We highly recommend them!
The movers who came were great, but the service itself of Load Up was not a good experience. It’s so hard to reach a real human and then even though I confirmed multiple times, my loader went ghost. It was until I called and demanded a new loader due to the fact that I am leaving the state permanently in a few hours that I finally got a new loader and someone came over 3 hours later than they were supposed to. You are better off looking into if your city or town has dump pickups or disposal before giving damn near 200 dollar... read more
