Way Over Priced for what you get, Its a Great Idea, but the Cam Lock section come Loose & Bends very Easily. They don't stay in Place
Beware! Do not buy this product. It is cheap aluminum. It gets damaged very easily upon installation. I’ve read instructions multiple times. They told me if I want to return it. They would charge $44. They cannot do that that’s against consumer protection standards. It’s not wide enough instead of them taking ownership they blame you for not reading directions. Now they’re not responding after I told him I’m not paying the fee and I haven’t received my refund. Beware.
Their customer service is not very helpful or very good or responsive. Been trying to get information and purchase this item for my truck since August.
this thing is worthless. I had the original one made out of plastic and it worked great. I'd still have it but it wasn't wide enough for the new truck. this thing won't hold tight enough to be of use. the aluminum get gouged then the bar won't slide so you can't get it locked down. maybe you could go back to the original spring loaded design
