Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I own a lot of loaded products and was told "you're the only one that's complained about this." And "you don't need to explain yourself any further." Dude needed a different job. Not cut out for customer service. Now their partnership with ride unlimited has ended, ride unlimited is bankrupt, and my $1500 e board setup is a paperweight without spare parts availability.
I’ve never been to your shop, but I ordered my fourth Loaded board from you guys last night — the Ballona Rumblebee. Really hoping it ships today and arrives by the 23rd or sooner
Stopped by with my two kids, not realizing this is not a retail store but their HQ/warehouse. Rak was very helpful and sold my daughter her first real board, which is fancier than any board I've seen before. Recommended.
