Great company. They always do their best to help their employees. If you need a trailer that is built by people who care and that will perform day-in and day-out for years, Load Trail is the investment you should make. It offers commercial-grade quality at a competitive price point.
Best Trailer company ever.
A bad company that doesn’t stand behind their products. If you work there, you should quit. Trailers immediately start to rust, and will become an absolute rust bucket. They admittedly forgot to install (2) critical components to my $12K trailer, and because of this mistake, a major repair needed to happen. When I asked them about it, they said it’s not under warranty, and I should have caught THEIR mistake earlier. This was their official answer! I hate you people.
If your picking up here pack a lunch they don’t care about the drivers time at all
