Absolutely excellent sale & service! Gene Chapman made the sale super easy and even stayed after 5 pm so I could pick my new trailer. I'm going have to update the truck to go with the sharp looking trailer.
Used to really enjoy buying here it was quick and easy. Bought a few trailers here over the years with no issues. Now can’t get anybody to actually follow up on phone calls or texts. Tried to call and order 3 brand new trailers for our business and was told I’d get the quote sent to me, never once got it and called and reminded them 3 times and got “yeah really sorry we’ll get that sent over”. Bought a gooseneck trailer from Load Pro directly dealing with Andy and had a short timeframe as i run a business that i use a gooseneck trailer weekly for. He was very easy to deal with and found a trailer that was supposed to meet all my requirements that i needed and had it brought up directly from the plant.
