Just want to say that these guys saved me from selling my loader. I originally purchased from the older dealer and had huge problems with it. I would try and load my boat (spratley) and it would constantly trip the breaker. So my boat would be hanging off the back of my truck. Good thing I never got stuck in the middle of nowhere as my boat was to heavy to physically put on my truck. Guess what. The stars aligned and you guys came to the rescue. Absolutely awesome product. Great to buy a local Canadian made product. Everything fitted perfectly and all items present in the box. The welds are beautiful. The sure sign of a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. Extremely happy with the purchase and worth every penny.
I highly recommend the current team at Load my boat for the quality of work and their customer service. I purchased my boat loader in 2020 and the old sales person installed my boat loader however there were constant issues with loading my boat to the extent I was considering selling it. No issue unloading the boat but always was a real struggle loading. Purchased my boat loader from one of their dealers last year and had an issue with a motor. I reached out to these guys and met up the Quentin next day in Kelowna. He had my truck and boat in their shop for 90 min, replaced my defective part, squared everything up, and restrung the ropes. He did a great job. Can’t thank him enough. Enjoy the new facility! Excellent customer service and I’d highly recommend their product.
