I bought my boat loader elsewhere, but thought that the fraying on its ropes meant they needed replacing. After making and appointment for the ropes to be replace, I drove to Load-It where Glen told me the ropes were fine for at least another year or two. Knowing of his experience and longevity in this business, I trust his judgement and will return to him in the future for new ropes. I bought the loadit rack so I could bring along my boats after transitioning from a slide in camper to a travel trailer. I wanted to be able to load 2 different boats, a drift boat and a small jet sled. After discussions with Glen I decided to upgrade my drift boat trailer to match axle width of sled. Fantastic experience with the whole process. Glen never disappeared. He always came through. The ladder rack portion has to be the strongest, best built rack out there. Each upright has two vertical supports and is anchored to my bed with superbly designed materials. This rack will not budge at all. Great looking welds and zero movement when properly installed. A1 experience Glen is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make it right. The product is excellent, And the support to match Glen and I had numerous discussions as I drive a Toyota Tacoma which involved a wrap over box bracket and some extra work.
