Fantastic experience with the whole process. Glen never disappeared. He always came through. The ladder rack portion has to be the strongest, best built rack out there. Each upright has two vertical supports and is anchored to my bed with superbly designed materials. This rack will not budge at all. Great looking welds and zero movement when properly installed. A1 experience Glen is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to make it right. The product is excellent, And the support to match Glen and I had numerous discussions as I drive a Toyota Tacoma which involved a wrap over box bracket and some extra work.
