Angie, the tech on call from LOA, was incredibly kind and professional when she attended my son on Friday 5/22, even though the office was closed. I was having difficulty using the key to open his expander, and she took the time to help us, explain everything carefully, and teach me exactly what I needed to do. Her patience, kindness, and professionalism made such a difference for us. We truly appreciate her help and dedication!
The place is a scam. I went with them because they promised "free retainers for life". Their free retainers for life are $50 a pop for the first 10 years after treatment. Then who knows what they go to.
I had the honor of being a patient when Dr. Rusty Long owned the business. When I found out both of daughters would eventually need orthodontic care, I refused to go with the orthodontist that their dentist recommended. So I reach out and Dr. Manny immediately welcomed the girls to the new revamped LOA. The level of care that this practice provides is second to none and they always are on top of it.
