I have always been a supporter of Lo Spa Nails and a loyal customer, but I have been upset at my last visit. The day after my visit, the no chip polish was lifting from the nail on 2-3 of the nails. I went back less than 1 week and got 3 nails replaced, but asked them to replace my ring and pinky fingers as they were also separated from the nail. I asked twice and was told no, which now my pinky nail is completely separated from the nail and it is the day of a wedding that I am a bridesmaid in. My last service was disappoint... read more
The pedicure lasted all of 10 minutes. The massage was five minutes. I didn't want color on my nails, but I came for the relaxation and massage. Neither of which really even occurred. The nail techs were rude and giving each other side glances when I asked how long the foot massage was.. She dumped some oil on my toes and expected me to put my shoes on after. I was quite stunned that this is supposed to be a place of beauty and relaxation. 10 minutes and $40 later I will never return. You can find a better place!
