I’ve been seeing Dr. Lo since 2018. He’s always been kind, to the point, and quite humorous. Those writing the bad reviews may be lacking a sense of humour. Congratulations on your retirement Dr. Lo!
I seen dr Lo for my seizures, not only he was very unapproachable and arrogant but my report that he wrote up was like he was describing another person; he called me a “he” multiple times in the write up when I’m clearly a female, wrote that I had a niece with epilepsy when I don’t even have a niece or nephew, and the worst of it he wrote that I had a problem with alcohol (i was a competitive athlete at the time and i absolutely despise alcohol).
