Dr Lo is lazy and thinks he can easily trick older people who are easily convinced or who can’t stand up for themselves. First, he made his nurse call my dad the evening before to confirm with my dad if my dad was coming in the next day to his appointment. My dad went in the next morning like how he was supposed to because he didn’t check his voice message and that call was made last minute.
