The assistants are very rude and hostile. They made you feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. While inside the room during teeth cleaning, the fan was in full blown and blowing to your face. They forgot we are the paying customers and not the other way around.
Very clean, professional, kind and trustworthy
I recommend Dr. Lo to everyone. His clinic is clean and inviting to all ages. Most importantly, he is HONEST and takes the time to explain treatment plans and offer advice. Very professional and friendly staff as well. Thank-you for taking such good care of our family through these years!
