Horrible. I specifically called to make sure they accepted my daughter's insurance. I was told they did so I made an appointment. When we arrived for our appointment the receptionist stated that they only accept her insurance if the eye exam is "medically necessary"! As if my child not being able to see properly isn't enough! Extremely unprofessional.

We have been going to LO Eye Care in Fowlerville for over 8 years for our 3 children. All have purchased multiple pairs of glasses and contact lens prescriptions from this location. My experience and interaction with optician Debbie over the years has been negative. She is rude and aggressive. She has no patience for questions, and desperately lacks any customer service skills.
