Had another company come 6 times and couldn’t fix my heater. Lo-Energy got it fixed in 30 minutes. 10/10
Horrible customer service.Intially my warranty stated that I had a scheduled appointment after her never returned my call .I finally talked to him and scheduled for the following day at 4pm(end of shift so that he could postpone service).On the appointment day he stop answering his phone .My warranty was not able to get in contact with him either .It will be 92 degrees the next couple of days and I have a 2 year old . Lawrence came out & fixed our boiler issues super quick!
Our A/C was out and Lawrence was scheduled through our home warranty. Was early for our appointment, diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours of him coming to the house. He was professional and friendly. Would use and recommend!
