Extremely disappointing experience at La Costa at the Glen shopping centre. Both the product quality and the customer service were appalling. I bought a fruit squishy for my daughter for $10, and almost immediately after purchasing it, glue started oozing out of it. I returned it the very next day expecting a straightforward replacement or refund for what was clearly a faulty product. Instead, the staff member was rude and reluctant to help. Bad manners in front staff
I would give this shop 0 stars if I could. The owners took advantage of us because we were by ourself for example, she made the price higher when we were about to pay but we literally saw the original price. And mind you, we as in my friends couldn’t even refund when we didn’t even open the thing we bought. The owners were just rude like yelling at us when we were checking out the products and the products they were selling were FAKE, HELLA EXPENSIVE and VERY POOR QUALITY because since we couldn’t refund, I kept it, and as s... read more
