Horrible, bad staff, overpriced items, FAKE COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS. The cashier got mad at me for making a popping sound with my Boba bottle. She literally yelled at me in front of everyone and made me look stupid. The whole store is basically fake items. Don't buy toys or food, trading cards, or squishies from that disgusting place. My daughter bought a NeeDoh cube from there, and we eventually found out it was fake. Plus, it was more expensive than the real thing, and it broke the second we got home. Very disappointing service. The Asian female staff member at the counter showed no smile, greeting, or acknowledgment during the entire interaction. Even after I said “thank you,” there was no response. She appeared much friendlier and more engaged with the white customer before me, making the contrast hard to overlook.
the cashier lady was very patient and nice!❤️ the shop was full of things and fun squishies! will come back
