We had a 4 week lap of Tasmania planned so had to find a car rental. Starting with the website we found the service provided by “Lo-cost auto rental” excellent. The website was clear easy to understand without unexpected add-ons. When we came to pick up the car, again the customer service was excellent. Needed to change the booking, not an issue. Booked a Hyundai Venue for 6 days on our recent trip to Tassie which included 3 nights on Bruny Island. Process was very easy as was pick up in Hobart CBD. The customer service was excellent and some great suggestions were made whereby we kept our rental the full 6 days instead of 5 and a few hours and dropped it off at the airport on our last day instead of out of hours on a Sunday in the CBD as originally planned.
