I surprised my significant other with a “Romantic Glam Picnic” at the beach. Nikki and the LNZ crew gave us the most beautiful setup. When we approached our spot, I could have cried over how beautiful everything looked. It exceeded ALL of my expectations! We felt like celebrities because everyone at the beach kept approaching us with compliments. From consult to the day of, Nikki was a pleasure to deal with. We had such a unique & memorable experience and all we had to do was show up. LNZ is worth EVERY dollar!
LNZ DECOR did a phenomenal job in staging the home! The level of detail tied to the design and furniture selection was impeccable! During the open house, we had over 20 buyers touring the place and offers within an hour of ending. The property was on the market for less than 24 hrs (An over-asking price offer was accepted; closing was done in less than 30 days). Nicole's design and vision transformed the place, she delivered BEYOND expectation! Highly recommend and will use LNZ DECOR again in all future projects!
