Woah. Aggressive sales tactics from Gloria. Got extremely aggressive over the phone when I declined a call back, said she would do it regardless. Someone needs to have a talk with her because I will definitely not be using this company now.
They will not stop calling you no matter how many times that you request they stop. Horrible service and an awful company. Do not reach out to them unless you want to hear from them for the rest of your life. Specifically Gloria.
We had this company contracted to clean my office for quite a while. But it got to the point where it didn’t look like they were actually cleaning it. We were coming in to the floors, and bathrooms looking untouched. My boss canceled the contract, and I took over coming in on the weekend to clean the office. Now, months later, they are still emailing us bills and adding on finance charges for work they never did.
