DO NOT BUY LNS PRODUCTS!!! I will never purchase another LNS product and will switch out any LNS I have in my shop with 13 lathes, 3 horizontal, and a mill. Their support is a joke. Charged me for reprogramming that didnt need to be done and now the barfeeder is still not operational. Charged me 3k for one of their techs to come out and tell me they dont know what's wrong with it. Absolute joke. Avoid LNS like the plague.

I have two machines with LNS equipment. A lathe with a bar feeder and a mill with a chip conveyor. My bar feeder was purchased used from a colleague and friend who passed away suddenly. It was purchased in 2021 as a 2019 model. LNS was contacted for installation to my doosan / daewoo puma lathe. They were provided all the information. The previous machines serial number (they installed it there) the new machines serial number (my lathe) and the serial number of their bar feeder. Not sure who these guys are but their pens are cool
Support for this company is a joke, would recommend getting something else from someone else. Reasoning is the on the phone support is not real helpful, call and ask a simple exact question you probly won't get what ya need, and getting someone on the phone is not easy aswell. The wait time to get a teck is min 4 weeks as well with 150 an he for tech drive to location, better service else where
