I am a first time customer and took it to LNL due to favorable reviews. I was told it would be a 5-6 hour job to replace and clean my transmission fluid. I felt this was a little long however I was happy when it was finished in the 5 hours as estimated. I was also more impressed when they told me they had removed the transmission pan and completely cleaned it as opposed to removing the fluid, flushing the pan and replacing the filter.
