This is the best gym experience I have ever had. The staff are awesome, and the members are polite. Excellent selection of equipment and spaces.
LNK is a hidden gem in the tri-state area. Really cool, laid back atmosphere. Great equipment for everyone from beginners to competitive bodybuilders - especially the hack and belt squat, booty builder, t-bar row, smith machines, deadlift platform, dumb bells that go higher than 75s, free bars and much more. The manager made signing up a breeze and explained how extended memberships can save money monthly. It's worth the 25 minute drive from Quincy especially since it's a 24/7 gym. I came in after 5 on a Monday. I was out of town and needed to lift once. The people are friendly here and very helpful, while the store manager was also more than helpful. He took me in, showed me around, and let me do my thing. It doesn’t get easier than this, and the prices are more than fair. Would go here if I was in the area!
