If I could give them a 0 I would. I waited an hour for a thin piece of steak with rice and beans. The rice and beans were made already so I waited an HOUR for a thin piece of steak. Multiple people came in after me and got their food. When I asked them how much longer it would take they told me 5 minutes but I kept waiting and other people kept getting their food before me. If you want to wait hours for mediocre food go to a better Dominican restaurant somewhere else.

They do not have a paper menu. So it’s harder for non tech savvy of age customers to browse the menu. They have you scan a barcode. Which is difficult to read in a small screen, having to zoom in to see flyer online.

Cold food, bad service and overcharged $75 for a pitcher we never ordered. The steak with unions and two eggs were good. My friend had a grilled chicken breast and yet the server wasn’t sure what my friend was asking for in the menu. She kept showing us the bone-in chicken thighs. Chicken breast is chicken breast, no bones. Her order came cold and flavorless. She sent it back and ordered something else… a chuleta. It came flavorless with a piece of raw red peppers.
