I popped in today while traveling because the cold Vancouver air had absolutely thrashed and ruined my nails. I was genuinely so thrilled with my experience. From the door and back it was a clean, quick and beautiful experience where everyone was so sweet, efficient and positive. I left with the best and most gorgeous simple red gel manicure that I’ve had in years for a price low enough that will have me stopping in every time I am in town!
Got my nails done and eyebrows waxed. The nails turned out great but when they waxed my eyebrows she ripped off a layer of my skin which really hurt. The lady pretended as if nothing happened and did not say sorry. It was very disappointing despite my eyebrows and nails turning out great. If this was at least acknowledged my experience would have been a lot better. Now I have a scar under my eyebrow which I am very unhappy with. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years at various places and have never had this happen ... read more
