Stumbled across LNC by accident but glad I did. I’d had a horror experience with another company (Just Carpets), 5 fitting visits so repeatedly emptying main room in house, 5 faulty carpets & loads of damage (sounded like they were knocking the house down during fitting!). Lee Cunningham @ LNC was understanding of my being on edge about new carpet / fitting. The carpet was fitted to a good standard but the damage that my property endured in the process was simply unacceptable, and the way that the company has dealt with it is unacceptable aswell. Once they were finished fitting, i went to have a look and they had damaged my tilt and turn double glazing window, it was basically hanging off and lent up against the wall which was also damaged, when i questioned them about this they basically denied all knowledge which in my opinion is cowardice and quite frankly pathetic.
