Appointment booked for 1.30pm, at 2pm said they were running late. Almost 3 hours later and still no show, having moved all our furniture and sat waiting on only day off. Absolutely appalling.
Very professional cleaner and did the job really well , cleaned our heavily soiled rug which pets had had accidents on, !! Which we where about to take to the tip, its an expensive rug so chanced having it cleaned, no urine smell now and it's like new again, the owner even messaged me to check he had got all the smell out when it had dried, I would definitely recommend this company very reasonably priced too
I cannot begin to say how amazing my stair carpet looks. It's like a brand new carpet.. Chris even got a large emulsion paint stain off. My living room rug looks like l have just bought it.. Will certainly use again... and reccomend to all my family and friends.. Oh and the price is brilliant compared to other quotes l have had.
